Tut Y Tam is a russian locution which means "here and there ", in Polish tu ty tam means "here you there". The two possibilities are perfectly matching the nature of the web.

The principle that leads the Planetary Virtual Exhibition is to "learn through seeing and to see through comparing", a phrase pronounced by Sir Henry Cole conceiver and founder of the first Universal Exhibition whom we intend to pay a tribute to. To follow this principle, in every region, real manifestations should be organised, showing the local expertise in every conceivable domains. Every manifestation will be broadcast in real time to the central operational headquarter which will be installed in a city still to be determined.
